What it actually costs to furnish a 2-BHK in Lahore

We pulled the line items from twelve 2-BHK fit-outs completed between January and April 2026, all in Lahore, all between 850 and 1,250 sq ft.

The median fully-furnished cost — including kitchen, wardrobes, soft furnishings and lighting — landed at PKR 1.28M. The cheapest came in at PKR 780k (heavy reuse of existing pieces), the most expensive at PKR 2.1M (full custom millwork).

Where the money goes: kitchen and wardrobes take 38–46% of the budget. Sofas + dining take another 22%. Lighting, rugs and accessories add up to 14%. The rest is delivery, installation and contingency.

Where you can save: rugs and accessories. Where you shouldn't: the sofa, the mattress, and the kitchen carcass. These are the things you touch every day for ten years.
